OPTION 1:
Spray the body with warm water and spread the salts over it, massage vigorously and remove with a warm towel.
OPTION 2:
Mix with BASICS Massage Oil in the proportion 1:1.
Apply with a massage and remove with a warm towel or with a shower.
Alternatively, it can be used as bath salts.
